We offer highly efficient and precise magnetic measuring system which is an incremental length measuring system including read head and magnetic scale. Available in different resolutions the system has following attributes:

Magnetic Tape

We offer highly efficient and precise magnetic measuring system which is an incremental length measuring system including read head and magnetic scale. Available in different resolutions the system has following attributes: Pole pitch of the scale 5mm, 2m, 1mm Maximum air gap between read head and scale: 2.5mm, 1mm, 0.5mm Different edge distances for adopting to several counters available RS422 output signals It is the scale of system and is magnetized in pre defined distances. It uses the basic material of elastomer tape. This material is temperature and chemical resistant. Its features include:

Mounted on a high-grade steel tape
Used in machine tooling
Linear expansion coefficient is nearly same that of steel
Additional high-grade steel cover tape
Complete mechanical protection
The cover tape is optional. Both tapes are mounted by a preinstalled double-side adhesive tape
